Your Gmail and Google Calendar, handled.

Thread is an AI-powered home for your email and schedule: a priority inbox, a calendar that understands plain language, and an assistant that drafts, summarizes, and schedules for you.

A calmer inbox

Thread connects to your Gmail and triages what arrives: priority email surfaces first, newsletters and promotions step back. Archive, star, and reply without leaving your keyboard.

Scheduling that just happens

See your day alongside your mail, create events in plain language, and send calendar invitations to attendees automatically. Your Google Calendar stays the source of truth.

An assistant that does the work

Ask for a summary of a long thread, a drafted reply, or “find a slot with Maya next week” — the assistant reads only what you ask it to and acts with your permission.

How Thread uses your Google data

Thread asks only for the narrowest Google permissions its features need, and you grant each one separately.

Gmail

Thread reads your messages to display your inbox and triage priorities, and sends email only when you press send. Your mail stays in your Gmail account — Thread does not copy your mailbox to its servers.

Google Calendar

Thread reads your events to show your schedule and creates or updates events only when you ask it to. It never touches calendar sharing or settings.

Your control

Disconnect Gmail or Calendar, revoke Thread's access, or delete your account and its data at any time from Settings — no email required.

Thread's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
